Responsibilities:
- Develop growth strategies and action plans to improve sales and meet or exceed sales targets
- Build strong relationships and understand customer trends
- Forecast and set sales goals execute a strategic plan to meet sales targets and expand the client base
- Understand market trends recommend adjustments and communicate sales plans to key stakeholders and sales teams
- Implement sales training and orientation programs
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing communications or a related field along with several years of successful sales experience
- Preferably a masters degree in business administration marketing or a related discipline with a proven track record of leading a sales team
- Indepth knowledge of marketing techniques strong leadership qualities and effective multitasking skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and listening skills
- Ability to forecast sales goals develop strategic plans and understand market trends
