Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading building materials company seeking a Team Lead Sales Support to manage sales operations and ensure seamless coordination across the sales function.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead & oversee the Sales Support team for efficient sales operations.
Review & validate quotations sales orders proforma invoices and costing sheets.
Assist sales teams in interpreting Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for project alignment.
Manage material submittals & technical documentation to support sales proposals.
Track & coordinate sales leads for timely followups and execution.
Streamline processes to improve efficiency and workflow.
Facilitate communication between sales internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements
5 years in sales coordination or sales support preferably in building materials or construction (luxury sanitary ware experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of BOQs quotations costing and technical reports.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and CRM/Sales software.
Excellent leadership organization and communication skills.
Bachelor s degree in Business Sales Marketing or related field.
