The following Terms of Service, which include the Privacy Policy, IP Policy, and any guideline, policy or content displayed on the website, are a legally binding contractual agreement between you ("User", "you," "your") & Dr Job FZ LLC ("Dr.Job", "we", "us") (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Terms of Service"). By visiting or using the services available from the domain and sub-domains of www.drjobpro.com (the "Website"), including software, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service and all linked information from time to time in our sole discretion by updating this posting or any linked information. Unless otherwise provided in such revision, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted.

Jobseekers:

Create jobseeker profile, applies for regular jobs in the market, receive responses from Employers (Consultant/Direct Companies)

Account:

Means the account created by the Website upon registration.

Website:

means the world wide web site operated by Dr.Job at www.drjobpro.com, or www.drjobs.ae or any replacement URL.
We also provide registered users with certain services described in, and subject to, these Terms of Service (as further defined below, the "Services"). We may add, delete or modify some or all of such Services at any time at our sole discretion with reasonable notice posted in advance on the Website. Capitalized terms used in these Terms of Service have the following meanings:

Dr. Job Platform Availability

Dr. Job shall endeavor to make the Dr.Job platform available without any significant interruptions. It is explicitly indicated, however, that unlimited availability is not guaranteed by Dr. Job due to, for example, maintenance work. In particular, Dr. Job is not responsible for downtime due to technical or other problems outside of Dr. Job’s control (e.g. force majeure, third-party culpability, etc.). Depending on the state of technology, errors in programs cannot be ruled out even when great care has been taken.

User Eligibility and Registration

(A) Eligibility

To access our Services through our Website, you must be a legal entity, or an individual of eighteen (18) years of age or older who can form legally binding contracts. To become a Registered User, you must accept all of the terms and conditions in, incorporated by reference in, and linked to, these Terms of Service. By becoming a Registered User, you agree to: (1) Abide by the Terms of Service and the processes, procedures, and guidelines described throughout the Website; (2) Be financially responsible for your use of the Website and the purchase or delivery of services; and (3) Perform your obligations as specified by any Job Agreement that you accept, unless such obligations are prohibited by law or by the Terms of Service. Dr.Job reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services to anyone.

(B) Registration

To become a Registered User and to access Services you must register for an Account. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information as prompted by the registration form and all forms you access on the Website, and to update this information to maintain its truthfulness, accuracy and completeness.

(C) Accounts and Profiles

Once you have registered with the Website as a Registered User, the Website will create your Account with Dr.Job and associate it with an account number. You may create a profile under your Account, in accordance with Mobile Number, Email and Password. During registration, you will be asked to provide Email Address, Mobile Number and password for the Account. As a Registered User, you agree and you are entirely responsible to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of the username and password you use to access this Website. You authorize Dr.Job to assume that any person using the Website with your username and password is you or is authorized to act for you. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of the account.

(D) Membership

Dr.Job provides Registered Users several different membership options. The availability of these membership options is dependent upon (i) the Registered User's status as Jobseeker (ii) the selections made during registration, (iii) any subsequent upgrades or downgrades of membership options after registration.

Relationship
(a) Job Seekers

1. Service Delivery Policy


Jobseekers who apply for registration via SMS will be redirected to the search jobs portal to provide further details and upload necessary documents e.g. CV’s, photograph, video resume upon confirmation of payment. Jobseekers who submit payment via debit/credit card upon are automatically redirected to the search jobs portal.

2. Multiple transactions


Jobseekers using debit/credit card may incur additional service fees. Dr. Job does not provide services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanction countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

3. Jobseekers Obligations


3.1. Content Responsibility. The Jobseekers bear sole responsibility for the content of a profile, a job advertisement, or communication. All of the Jobseekers’ information must be truthful. Statements made by or actions of Jobseekers are not attributable to Dr. Job, unless Dr. Job actively associates itself with them in a specific case. The Jobseekers are not permitted to upload sexual, pornographic, immoral, politically radical, or otherwise illegal content. In particular, the Jobseekers bear sole legal responsibility for the content the Jobseekers submit. All documents, information, and data submitted must be lawful and free from the rights of third parties (copyrights, ancillary copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, or other rights). Setting up or managing profiles for third parties is prohibited.

3.2. Confidentiality. Each Jobseekers is obliged to confidentially handle any emails and other messages or data from other Jobseekers that the Jobseekers receives in connection with the use of the Dr. Job platform and not to make this accessible to third parties without the consent of the author/creator.

3.3. Data Backup. The Jobseekers shall retain an up-to-date backup copy of all its offers and information placed on the Dr. Job platform (e.g. information sent to third parties via the Dr. Job platform), which can help enable as complete as possible a reconstruction of the database with as little effort as possible in the event of a system outage.

3.4. Intended Use. Any use of the Dr. Job platform for a reason other than the intended purpose is not permitted. In particular, collecting or saving data from the database, as well as using data in full, in part or extracts thereof online, for the commercial exploitation of addresses or as a basis or aid for compiling or adding to participant, address or other directories, or reading the databases online for the aforementioned purposes or for other commercial purposes is prohibited.

3.5. Restriction. The Jobseekers are not permitted to use mechanisms, software, or scripts in connection with the use of the Dr. Job platform, as well as blocking, overwriting, modification, copying, especially copying through the use of robot/crawler search engine technologies. The Jobseekers may, however, use the interfaces or software that is provided to the Jobseekers as part of the Dr. Job platform. The Jobseekers shall refrain from any action that is likely to negatively impact the functionality of the Dr. Job infrastructure, especially by overloading such infrastructure.

4. Other Provisions/Prohibited Use


4.1. Policy on Content and User Actions: Dr. Job is dedicated to ensuring our career search portal is safe and user-friendly for employers and jobseekers. At its discretion, Dr. Job may delete job postings, employer and jobseeker accounts if they are deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or sensitive in nature or attempt to solicit funds from jobseekers.

4.2. Enforcement Measures and User Responsibility: In cases of user violation of statutory regulations, third-party rights, these General Terms and Conditions (e.g., by entering incorrect contact details, incorrect information about qualifications or in the case of harm to other participants) or other justified interests of Dr. Job (hereinafter: “Suspected Abuse”), Dr. Job reserves the right to take action against this member (e.g., advance warning, deletion of content, restriction or blocking of the user, termination). When choosing what action will be taken, Dr. Job takes into account the operational needs of the Dr. Job platform, Dr. Job’s liability risks as well as the legitimate interests of any claimants and the User (e.g., culpability, significance of the duty violation, risks, statement by the User). To this extent, Dr. Job may verify the content of any text as well as each image entered and amend or delete it if necessary and where required. Dr. Job reserves the right to take further action. These measures do not affect Dr. Job’s statutory rights. Where required and reasonable, Dr. Job shall grant the User a suitable timeframe for filing a statement and shall inform the User of the measures that will be taken.

4.3. Age Requirement for Users: All registered users of Dr. Job must be 18 years and over or the account will be automatically deleted. Minors under the age of 18 shall not register as a user or interact with the Dr. Job website. Dr. Job is dedicated to ensuring our career search portal is safe and user-friendly for employers and jobseekers. At its discretion Dr. Job may delete job postings, employer and jobseeker accounts if they are deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, and sensitive in nature or attempt to solicit funds from jobseekers.

5. General Provisions for Candidates


Dr. Job offers Candidates the option to use the Dr. Job platform to search for jobs, apply for jobs/positions, to establish contacts, and to recommend jobs/positions to others. A free basic membership is available to each Candidate and offers the option of using the Dr. Job software in a limited manner. Dr. Job offers a one-time promotion period per mobile number/first-time registration only. Succeeding subscriptions will be charged, and the promotion period will not be applied.
Complete use of the Dr. Job platform with all its functions is only available after registering for Dr. Job Premium Membership, which is fee-based. Dr. Job offers Candidates to access to the full range of features the Dr. Job premium services platform to search for jobs, apply for jobs/positions, auto-apply jobs, remote jobs, establish contacts, recommend jobs/positions to others and forthcoming services, is exclusively available to users who have registered for Dr. Job Premium Membership.
Candidates must demonstrate sufficient qualifications and provide meaningful information. Dr. Job reserves the right to take action in accordance with Clause 4 if Candidates do not meet the criteria.

6. Conclusion of Contract for Candidates with Dr. Job:


6.1. Contract Conclusion for Free Basic Membership: The contract for a free basic membership is concluded upon the Candidate successfully registering with Dr. Job.

6.2. Free-of-Charge Profile Opening and Amendment: Opening and amending the profile is also free of charge. The Candidate may, free-of-charge, receive an unlimited number of contact requests from others responding to the Candidate’s profile and have restricted use of the Dr. Job platform.

6.3. Acquisition of Premium Membership: After registering for a customer account, the information can be corrected under “My Account” under “Login Details” and “Payment Data”. During the process of obtaining a Premium Membership, input errors can be corrected by pressing the “forward and back buttons” in the web browser and then by entering correct information in the relevant fields.

6.4. Add On Services: We offer job seekers a range of Add-On Services available to both basic and premium subscribers for a one-time, non-refundable fee. Job Seekers may choose from various add-on services such as CV writing, Cover Letters, LinkedIn Profile recommendations, Reverse Recruiting Services, and more. An order is considered complete once the final career documents and other products purchased as part of the service package, if any, have been delivered.

6.5. Reverse Recruiting Services: If you purchased reverse recruiting services, the package is considered complete if the Company receives notice that the services are no longer needed or once the promised job applications have been submitted on your behalf.

6.6. Confirmation of Contract: Dr. Job confirms the previously concluded contract with the Candidate by sending an automated email. This email will contain the content of the contract again (in particular information about the selected membership, payment methods, total amount, information concerning these General Terms and Conditions and the right of withdrawal) and can be saved and printed using the corresponding functions in your email program or the web browser. The contract text and these General Terms and Conditions are not saved on a customer-specific basis. You can, however, access the most important information about your contract (term, price, information about termination) under “My Account” under “Membership”. The General Terms and Conditions can also be accessed on Dr. Job’s website and printed and saved using the corresponding web browser functions.

7. Salary Benchmark and Third-Party Information


The salary benchmark or the salary information provided merely represent an estimated average value for that level among market leaders. This can vary significantly from company to company. The actual salary to be earned depends on factors such as salary negotiating skills, the employee’s performance and professional experience. In addition, the size and location of the company as well as its specific needs and specific salary structure play a role. Please note that the salary benchmark stated by Dr.Job does not have an impact on the remuneration actually paid or to be earned for the position offered by the specific company. Rather, it is an estimated target salary for market leaders in the relevant segment. It is intended to serve as a guideline for Users in the assessment of open positions, the assessment of Users’ own career milestones and as support during salary negotiations. This is explicitly not the salary offered or usually paid by the specific companies.

8. Excellence Guarantees


We strive for excellence. We are committed to your satisfaction and will take action if professional documents or services do not meet the communicated standards and conditions. Our Customers have an excellent record of landing jobs and advancing their careers. Yet, we offer no guarantee of landing a job or promotion as a result of our services. The Customer agrees that while Dr. Job provides the best available tools, ideas, advice, and commercially available data, we cannot be responsible for changing market conditions, job posting changes, or a customer’s attitude and willingness to implement their action plan. NO VERBAL OR WRITTEN PROMISE OR GUARANTEE OF ANY JOB OR EMPLOYMENT IS MADE OR IMPLIED. While we provide tools for job searching, success in the market cannot be fully controlled and is the responsibility of the Customer once they receive the documents we provide to them.

8.1. Job Postings: Dr. Job does not guarantee job availabilities as advertised. Employers may delete or fill current postings. Jobseekers should visit the portal daily for up-to-date opportunities.

8.2. Reverse Recruiting: It is impossible to offer a guarantee of interviews or employment with our reverse recruiting services. Each job search is entirely unique, and factors outside of our control can influence the duration and success of a job search. However, we are proud to say that we have an extremely high success rate as About 90% of our clients receive a job offer after using the service for 3 months. We can guarantee that your Reverse Recruiter and Client Strategist are fully committed to your job search and making it a success. Their top priority is to secure interviews for you and help you ace them.

9. Third party links / Jobs integration


Dr. Job is integrated with third party job sites and recruitment companies and therefore some job listings are posted by third parties. Jobseekers are required to share personal information to third parties when applying for jobs and jobseekers are responsible for the data or information provided. Dr. Job is not responsible for any information provided by jobseekers to the third-party links.

10. Communications


Dr. Job may send registered jobseekers’ information on the latest jobs vacancies and matches, career tips and profile matching via email. Jobseekers will also receive communication from Dr. Job in relation their subscription, changed password, job applications, or feedback from employers.

11. Renewal of Service


Jobseekers making payment via Paypal, Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards, will have their service fees automatically renewed daily or weekly. Renewal rates remain the same as per Clause of Terms and Conditions.

12. Term and Termination of Membership


12.1. Termination of Free Membership.

Both parties have the right to terminate the contract for free membership at any time. Ordinary termination by Dr. Job becomes effective three days after receipt of the termination notice, with terminations by the Candidates taking effect immediately after receipt of the termination notice. If the Candidate desires to terminate the contract, a written notification (e.g., email, request via our online contact form) sent to Dr. Job at [email protected] for the deletion of the profile is sufficient.

12.2. Termination of Premium Membership

Premium Membership is concluded for the term agreed upon with Dr. Job. The term is extended as agreed upon during the conclusion of the contract, if neither of the parties promptly terminates the contract beforehand as per the contractual agreements. A request for termination is deemed valid when communicated in writing (e.g., email, request via our online contact form) or when the termination button is used, available in the portal under the termination section. For the termination request to be properly allocated to the Candidate, it should include the Candidate’s information, presented in an identifiable manner (e.g., the email address registered with Dr. Job). If the termination request is communicated in writing, it should be addressed to:

12.3. Termination of Reverse Recruiting Access

Upon the completion of the service, the Customer may retain or delete the generically named email account, as per their preference. The Reverse Recruiter will no longer require access to this email account.

12.5. Dr. Job’s Right to Extraordinary Termination

Dr. Job reserves the right to extraordinary termination if:
  • the Candidate intentionally provides false information upon registration or ordering and/or during a later amendment to the Candidate’s data
  • or repeatedly violates these General Terms and Conditions
  • and Dr. Job has previously and fruitlessly warned the Candidate about this.
Dr. Job may take action within the period set pursuant to Clause 4.

13. Support & Feedback


Information related to the cancellation of services can be found in Clause 12 of Terms and Conditions. In the event a cancellation is not confirmed, jobseekers should contact the customer care number of the telecom operator or Dr. Job to resolve.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdictions


All purchases, transactions, disputes or claims arising from or in connection with the Dr. Job website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

16. Refunds & Cancellations


Dr.Job is committed to providing services to job seekers, and we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once payments are made for services rendered by Dr.Job, they are considered non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. By availing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of our NO-REFUND POLICY.

16.1. Service Nature: Dr.Job provides a platform for job seekers to explore job listings and connect with potential employers. Our service involves facilitating access to job opportunities and related resources.

16.2. No Refunds: All purchases made by job seekers on Dr.Job, including premium memberships or other services, are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

16.3. Non-Transferable: Purchases made by job seekers on Dr.Job are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged or transferred to another individual or account.

16.4. Subscription Services: If you subscribe to any premium membership plans or additional services offered by Dr.Job, please note that subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your subscription before its expiration date.

16.5. Service Availability: Dr.Job endeavors to provide uninterrupted access to our platform and services. However, we do not guarantee the availability of specific job listings or employment opportunities, and we do not offer refunds based on job availability or suitability.

16.6. User Responsibilities: Job seekers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their profile information, including resumes and job preferences. Dr.Job does not offer refunds for errors or inaccuracies in user-submitted content.

16.7. Ad-Ons Services: Refunds issued before work has begun on an order may incur fees for services rendered and processing. Cancellation requests before an order has been assigned to an expert will incur a $150 administrative fee. If the purchase price of the order is less than $150, Customers are not eligible for a refund and the Company will not issue a refund. A refund will not be issued after work has begun on the order. Work begins as soon as an expert is assigned to fulfill the order. Eligible and qualified refunds may incur up to a 50% fee. We encourage Customers to work with us until they are satisfied with their end products.

16.8. Reverse Recruiting Services: This service is non-refundable as it is contingent upon the completion of newly written professional documents.

16.9. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date. If the cancellation request is received less than 24 hours prior to the renewal, the subscription will continue, and the corresponding fee will be applied.

17. Candidate Obligations with Dr. Job


17.1. The Candidate shall not include commercial advertising in the Candidate’s profile that is for the commercial benefit of the Candidate or for that of third parties (e.g., other websites or service telephone numbers).

17.2. Photos that are submitted to Dr. Job for publication in a profile must be up-to-date and allow the relevant User to be identified.

17.3. Candidates make applications freely and are not subject to any advice, influence, or instructions by Dr. Job. In this respect, Dr. Job does not assume any responsibility or liability towards third parties.

18. Payment Conditions for Candidates with Dr. Job



The subscriber must pay the subscription fees for the premium subscription in advance without any discounts. The fees will be automatically deducted from the subscriber's account via PayPal, credit card, debit card, or prepaid card.

18.1. 3D Secure Authentication Only for the First Payment

To ensure complete security for transactions, the subscriber is required to complete the authentication using 3D Secure when making the first payment only. This process provides an additional layer of security to protect payment information and enhance the protection of the account and platform.
  • First Payment: The subscriber must complete the authentication using 3D Secure when making the first payment only. This step is mandatory to complete the transaction. Once the authentication is successfully completed for the first time, it will not be necessary to authenticate again unless there is a change in the payment method or if the bank or card issuer requests re-authentication.

18.2. Subscription Renewal (Recurring Payment)

When the subscription is renewed, the subscriber will not be required to complete the 3D Secure authentication. The subscription will be renewed automatically using the payment method registered with Dr. Job until the subscriber cancels the subscription via the website.

18.3. Subscriber Consent

By providing payment details and completing the first payment, you explicitly agree to the use of 3D Secure to complete the first payment transaction only. You also agree to the recurring renewal of the subscription without needing to re-enter 3D Secure authentication for recurring payments, after the first payment only, unless there is a change in the payment method or the bank or card issuer requests re-authentication. You understand that this process is essential to ensure the security and protection of your personal account and the Dr. Job platform.

18.4. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your payment information. Payment information is processed and stored by an accredited service provider within the UAE, according to the highest security standards and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using Dr. Job services, you agree to the processing of your personal data and payment information as described in our Privacy Policy.

19. Service Charges


Jobseekers can make secured payments via debit/credit card. All rates are exclusive of VAT, 5% value added tax will be included in the total. Rates are subject to change.

All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

You will be responsible for payment of the applicable subscription fee amount for the Services (the 'Service Subscription Fee') at the time you create your account and select your monthly or annual package (each, a 'Service Commencement Date'). Your subscription to the Services is non-cancellable and, non-refundable. Your subscription to the Services will automatically renew for successive terms equal in length to the initial term (each, a 'Renewal Term'), You may terminate your access to the Services at any time

Dr. Job services are designed to meet job seekers' budgets to enjoy the premium services. Job seekers who have availed the services below can explore and apply to all job vacancies posted.

Our modes of payment are made accessible for the job seekers; just select your budget and choose the right plan for you.
We accept online payments using Paypal, Career Billing, Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards in AED.

Your registration with Dr. Job is the sole responsibilities of your company, you are responsible for the security of your username and password.

2. Dr. Job Service


Dr. Job is a premium job search engine for employers, you can post jobs, download CVs of the candidates at FREE of cost.

3. Fees & Charges


Dr. Job services and its features including social media coverage, live interview, featured employer, featured jobs posting, database download, hiring, recruiting and other features to be launched soon are FREE OF COST for the employers.

4. Recruitment Programs& Job Fair


Employers are encouraged to invite Dr. Job for recruitment events and sponsored events to showcase Dr. Job services and/or to use Dr. Job service to promote recruitment fair to reach more job applicants.

5. Jobs Postings


Employer can post multiple jobs vacancies to Dr. Job portal, employer can also modify, removed, delete jobs posted on the portal Jobs posting will be verified by Dr. Job support team, Dr. Job support team will call the employer to confirm the jobs posted to ensure quality and premium jobs are posted. Jobs postings that do not conform to the Dr. Job policy will be automatically rejected.

6. Jobs Postings Modifications, Substitutions and Rejection


Dr. Job at its own discretion may modify, substitute or reject the jobs posted by the Employer, to ensure the quality of the jobs posted.

6.1. Jobs Modifications


Dr. Job may modify jobs posted by Employer, modifications include the job descriptions, company descriptions, and removal of company details such as numbers, email address as these features are already included in the Dr. Job portal during the job’s postings.
Numbers and email addresses may be approved if the jobs posted are classified as “Walk-in Interview”, to ensure that all jobseekers have the proper information of the interview date, timings and place.
In the event that the employer does not conform to the company descriptions, Dr. Job will copy the company descriptions to employer website, and post to the jobs posted by the employer under the company descriptions, this will give the opportunity for the jobseekers to understand the employer industry and to give them the opportunity to know more for their future employers

6.2. Substitutions


To ensure the consistency of the standard job postings, Dr. Job may substitute some words that are applicable to the employer job postings, words that may applicable and relevant to the jobs posted, substitutions may include parts of the jobs posted or the whole parts if needed.

6.3. Rejections


Dr. Job may reject the jobs posted of the employer, jobs that does not conform to Dr. Job policy such as posting jobs related to networking, multi-level marketing, soliciting numbers, inviting jobseekers to WhatsApp groups, scam, fraud etc. these practices are not acceptable within Dr. Job policy.
All jobs posted are reviewed and filtered by Dr. Job team, any jobs posted that falls on the mentioned category may result to the rejection of the jobs posted or deletion of the employer’s accounts without prior noticed.
In case the employer wants to reinstate the account due to deletions, employer will send email to Support Email with proper justifications. Request will be reviewed by Dr. Job. If the employer request is granted, approvals will be done on a case-to-case basis.

7. Social Media Posting, Live Interview, Career Blogs


Employers must agree that Dr. Job may post employer job vacancies to its social media update, job posting includes the employer’s logo. Employers may also share career blogs to be posted to Dr. Job websites FREE of cost. Employers may be invited by Dr. Job to be part of its live interview broadcasted to Dr. Job social media account; the live interview covers the available job opportunities of the employers. Live interview locations will be at employer’s discretion, live interviews usually held at the Dr. Job in-house studio or at employer’s premises.

8. Communications


Employers must agree that Dr. Job will be sending regular email notifications related to the jobs posting, service upgrade features, bulk SMS, and interview invitations among others.

9. Support& Feedback


Employers may contact Dr. Job hotline numbers below for service or technical support, employers are also encourage to share their feedback for the Dr. Job service.

10. Prohibited Use


Dr. Job at its own discretion may delete jobs posting or the employer accounts if the jobs posting found to be misuse, offensive and sensitive in nature and it is not acceptable within the UAE Culture.

11. Prohibited Use to Minors


Any registered user using Dr. Job service who are Minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website

12. Governing Law and Jurisdictions


Any purchase, transactions, dispute or claims arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

13. Privacy And Confidentiality


Your use of the Website and the services provided therein and thereby is governed by the terms of these Terms of Service and the Dr.Job Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for information posted on our Website, including but not limited to (a) any audio, video or photographic content (collectively, "Multimedia Content"), (b) any posting or listing made in any public message area, through any email feature or through Dr.Job feedback feature (collectively, "">Non-Multimedia Content") and (c) any other content of a personal nature including but not limited to your resume, biography, work history and work product produced for another Registered User including Companies ("Personal Content"). You retain ownership of all Multimedia Content and Personal Content, subject to the licenses granted herein.

14.3.2. You hereby assign to Dr.Job your rights in any Non-Multimedia Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty free, irrevocable right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to the Multimedia Content and to use such Multimedia Content for the purpose of advertising and publicizing Dr.Job products and services and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty free, irrevocable right to use the Personal Content for the purpose of providing Services.

15.2. Severability: If any part of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part will be given effect to the greatest extent possible, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

Assignment or Transfer: You will not transfer, assign or delegate your rights or obligations (including your Account) under these Terms of Service to anyone without the express written permission of Drjobs.com, and any attempt to do so will be null and void. Drjobs.com may assign these Terms of Service in its sole discretion.

15.4. Force Majeure: Except for the payment of fees to Dr.Job, neither of the parties to these Terms of Service shall be responsible for the failure to perform or any delay in performance of any obligation hereunder due to labor disturbances, accidents, fires, floods, telecommunications or Internet failures, strikes, wars, riots, rebellions, blockades, acts of government, governmental requirements and regulations or restrictions imposed by law or any other similar conditions beyond the reasonable control of such party. The time for performance of such party shall be extended by the period of such delay.

Notice: All notices required or permitted to be given under these Terms of Service, shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given if delivered personally or sent by pre-paid telex, telefax or telegram, or mailed first-class, postage pre-paid, by registered or certified mail (notices sent by telex or telefax, or telegram, shall be deemed to have been given on the date sent; those mailed shall be deemed to have been given ten (10) business days after mailing) to the addresses set forth below or to such other address as any party shall designate by notice in writing.
