About the Role

As theME Commercial Strategy Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the regions commercial strategy anddriving innovation & excellence through three key pillars:

1- Category Vision & Shopper Story Development:

  • Craft compelling category narratives to inspire customers and partners.
  • Drive shopper activation strategies to elevate brand presence and conversion.

2- Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Strategy:

  • Develop pricing promotion and trade spend optimization models.
  • Track performance and continuously fine-tune strategies for profitable growth.

3- Sales Transformation & Capability Building:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the regions sales effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at building commercial capabilities within the sales team.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a collaborative and strategic professional who embodies Bels spirit ofdaring innovation ambition and commitment to excellence.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in commercial strategy trade marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire influence and build partnerships.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic language Fluency in French is a plus.
