Job Responsibilities:
Office Administration & Cost Control
- Oversee office facility vendors and services.
- Manage travel accommodation and guest arrangements.
- Ensure cost-efficient purchasing and expense tracking.
Legal & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to UAE government regulations.
- Manage registrations renewals and translations.
- Handle legal documentation and support audits.
Immigration & Visa Services
- Manage visa and permit processes for staff and clients.
- Ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
- Coordinate travel and immigration support.
Relationship Management & Communication
- Act as the main POC for HQ and local stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Ensure effective internal and external communication.
Documentation & Special Projects
- Maintain centralised records for office operations.
- Ensure documentation for compliance and audits.
- Execute special assignments from management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills. Arabic is an advantage.
