As a Sales Director (MENA) you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies leading highperforming teams and expanding our market presence. Youll play a key role in shaping our regional operations building strategic partnerships and ensuring sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the MENA region considering market specifics and trends.
- Lead manage and scale a highperforming sales team ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key clients and partners driving longterm business success.
- Conduct market analysis monitor industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Track and analyze key sales KPIs providing regular performance reports to leadership.

Requirements:
- 5 years of leadership experience in sales (preferably in crypto fintech or IT).
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building managing and motivating teams.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Fluent English (Advanced/Native);
