As a Sales Director (MENA) you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies leading highperforming teams and expanding our market presence. Youll play a key role in shaping our regional operations building strategic partnerships and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the MENA region considering market specifics and trends.
  • Lead manage and scale a highperforming sales team ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key clients and partners driving longterm business success.
  • Conduct market analysis monitor industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Track and analyze key sales KPIs providing regular performance reports to leadership.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing product finance) to optimize customer experience and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of leadership experience in sales (preferably in crypto fintech or IT).
  • Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building managing and motivating teams.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Fluent English (Advanced/Native);
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highuncertainty environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
