Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the events or related sectors.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts ensuring client satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and improve strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans aligned with the companys goals.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present highquality proposals pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including operations marketing and project management to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Networking: Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the companys services.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities performance and progress against targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development with a proven track record in managing key accounts and driving new business in the events or related industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the events industry and its dynamics.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong negotiation and dealclosing skills with a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically and develop strategies that align with business goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
