Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales technical support and project management to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within existing accounts working closely with sales teams to capitalize on them.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients on account status project updates and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and pricing adjustments to meet both client and company objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies to effectively advise clients and drive valueadded solutions.
  • Provide proactive account management by anticipating potential issues and taking preemptive action to address them.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions agreements and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop clientspecific marketing materials and campaigns.

Qualification / Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in account management or sales roles preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
