Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds and manages longterm customer relationships/partnerships and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.

  • Seeks out qualifies and closes new sales opportunities with a specific focus on new business growth.

  • Provide technical support and training to clients ensuring they are wellinformed about product features and benefits.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

  • Generating inquiries through market visits to contractors consultants retailers dealers and distributors

  • Ensuring customers are periodically updated on the latest software catalogs and information from Carrier wherever applicable (in coordination with the Application Engineering Team)

  • Continuous follow up and update for Pipeline projects.

  • Creating quotations inline with the inquiry specifications and regular follow up

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • 02 years of experience in sales engineering with a focus on RLC & VRF systems in UAE market.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales processes and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Valid Driving License

  • This role is for Emirati candidates

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with highprofile projects in the UAE particularly in Dubai.

  • Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to HVAC systems.

  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
