Ontime Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive specializing in Interior Fitout to join our this position you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing our presence in the interior fitout sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fitout market
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients architects designers and contractors
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client specifications
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote our services and expand the network
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions to management
Requirements
- Proven business development experience in the interior fitout or related fields
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and fitout processes
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
