Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled IT Operations professional to provide day-to-day IT support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure for the Royal Family of Abu Dhabi. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues assisting users and maintaining IT equipment and services in a high-standard confidential environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware software and network issues
- Monitor IT systems performance and respond to alerts
- Install configure and maintain computer hardware software and peripherals
- Assist with user account management and access control
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory records
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors as needed
Must-Have Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 23 years of experience in IT support or operations
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware Windows/macOS operating systems and common office software
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English

Nice-to-Have
- IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Network Microsoft Certified)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
- Arabic language skills
What We Offer
- Start date: Mid-June 2025 (interviews scheduled around June 17)
- Contract duration: Minimum 2 years
- Workload: Full-time 5-6 days per week negotiable
- Location: On-site in Abu Dhabi UAE (main meeting in Bucharest possible)
