Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Project Manager to lead and deliver key human resources initiatives that support business goals and enhance the employee experience. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR projects including HR system implementations process improvements organizational change and talent programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan execute and manage HR projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR IT Finance and business units to define project scope goals and deliverables.

Monitor project progress identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.

Lead HR transformation initiatives such as system upgrades process automation and policy changes.

Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.

Prepare project documentation including business cases project charters timelines and status reports.

Track project budgets and resources and provide updates to leadership as needed.

Implement change management strategies and training plans to support adoption of new processes and tools.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Project Management or a related field (Masters or PMP certification preferred).

5 years of experience in HR project management or HR operations with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives.

Strong understanding of HR functions including talent management compensation employee engagement and HRIS.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Smartsheet Asana Jira).

Exceptional organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
