Job Description

  • Define the operational strategy to ensure it supports the overall company’s strategy execution
  • Orchestrate all Operations in a way that is cost-effective, simplified, digital & people-oriented
  • Take ownership for the successful transition from CoE operations into XSIGHT, defining and owning

all the necessary steps

  • Adopt/Adapt the processes related to HR, Finance, Legal, Customer support etc. with the focus on

digitalization, in line with MAF existing processes & CoEs

  • Define & implement operational objectives/KPIs in the area of responsibility
  • Handle the day-to-day running of the company, supported by MAF processes where applicable
  • Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company (HC,

Finance, Legal etc.)

HC & Culture

  • Attract the best talent among relevant markets by defining and offering the right EVP depending on

the role & function

  • Create a simple & friendly end-to-end employee journey including hiring, onboarding, motivation

etc.

  • Educate employees, encourage self-development in order to increase their level of efficiency
  • Set up & monitor the HC metrics such as headcount, time to hire, turnover, performance etc. and

report to central functions as requested,

  • Leverage performance management tools which help people perform to the best of their ability &

produce the highest-quality work, adapt where necessaery

  • Design & launch a “family feel” start-up culture with the ultimate aim of executing company’s KPIs
  • Define communication strategy within the company to include team events at all levels
  • Support the heads of unit in defining the performance objectives, linked to the company’s objectives

and drive the performance management processes

Finance & Legal

  • Track current budgets with a focus on expenditures from business operations & implement

corrective measures if necessary

  • Launch regular management reporting system to track performance efficiency & provide data-based

recommendations for potential areas of improvement

  • Be the point of contact for all legal needs, in collaboration with MAF’s legal function
  • Ensure legal function operates as a data-driven, proactive enterprise defender and collaborate with

other business units to drive company value

  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed on time and monitor compliance with laws and

regulations, supported by MAF existing processes & CoEs

Functional/Technical Competencies

The successful candidate will have an exceptional track record of working within Operations to tackle

large-scale problems, across multiple functions and have strong analytics and data capabilities.

Candidates are expected to be enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal skills, strong communications

skills, critical thinking.

  • Proven experience in defining and implementing the Operational strategy in a complex business

environment

  • Strong experience of working with Management and teams to define the requirements that will shape

the operational part of the company

  • Deep knowledge of processes and strong ability to work with and influence senior leaders
  • ANALYTICAL, COMMERCIAL MINDSET – Strong ability tostructure problemsand leverageanalytics in

problem solvingas well as significantbusiness acumenresulting from experience across multiple

industries and functions

people together along on the journey

  • SUBJECT MATTER LEADERSHIP – Outstanding track record ofadapting to new conceptsand getting

an in depth understanding of a business area within a very short timeframe

  • SALES LEADERSHIP – Enthusiasm and passionto scale a sales pipeline for an early businesswith not

fully defined products of analytics

  • CHANGE AGENT –Strong influenceand ability to stand out and role model change across
