- Define the operational strategy to ensure it supports the overall company’s strategy execution
- Orchestrate all Operations in a way that is cost-effective, simplified, digital & people-oriented
- Take ownership for the successful transition from CoE operations into XSIGHT, defining and owning
all the necessary steps
- Adopt/Adapt the processes related to HR, Finance, Legal, Customer support etc. with the focus on
digitalization, in line with MAF existing processes & CoEs
- Define & implement operational objectives/KPIs in the area of responsibility
- Handle the day-to-day running of the company, supported by MAF processes where applicable
- Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company (HC,
Finance, Legal etc.)
HC & Culture
- Attract the best talent among relevant markets by defining and offering the right EVP depending on
the role & function
- Create a simple & friendly end-to-end employee journey including hiring, onboarding, motivation
etc.
- Educate employees, encourage self-development in order to increase their level of efficiency
- Set up & monitor the HC metrics such as headcount, time to hire, turnover, performance etc. and
report to central functions as requested,
- Leverage performance management tools which help people perform to the best of their ability &
produce the highest-quality work, adapt where necessaery
- Design & launch a “family feel” start-up culture with the ultimate aim of executing company’s KPIs
- Define communication strategy within the company to include team events at all levels
- Support the heads of unit in defining the performance objectives, linked to the company’s objectives
and drive the performance management processes
Finance & Legal
- Track current budgets with a focus on expenditures from business operations & implement
corrective measures if necessary
- Launch regular management reporting system to track performance efficiency & provide data-based
recommendations for potential areas of improvement
- Be the point of contact for all legal needs, in collaboration with MAF’s legal function
- Ensure legal function operates as a data-driven, proactive enterprise defender and collaborate with
other business units to drive company value

- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed on time and monitor compliance with laws and
regulations, supported by MAF existing processes & CoEs

large-scale problems, across multiple functions and have strong analytics and data capabilities.
