- Continuous Improvement Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy focused on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams in process mapping, root cause analysis, and implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Data Analytics and Performance Metrics
