To be successful in this role, you will need
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the energy industry.
- Proven experience in drilling technology and drilling engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in strategy development and implementation.
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field would be advantageous.
