The role:
The Business Development and Technical Sales Director plays a key role in driving revenue growth by leading strategic partnerships and spearheading business development initiatives. With a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial strategy this role ensures a seamless customer experience from solution design to deal closure. Youll work closely with crossfunctional teams to position the companys offerings as innovative scalable and highly valuable in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach build relationships with key decisionmakers and drive business opportunities.
Technical Sales Leadership: Lead solution design product demos and presales efforts translating customer requirements into tailored technical solutions.
Revenue & Pipeline Management: Build and manage a sales pipeline align with revenue targets and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with marketing product engineering and legal teams to align strategies influence product development and structure successful deals.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors providing insights to position the company as a trusted leader.
Experience & skills required:
8 years in business development technical sales or leadership roles in technology SaaS or B2B enterprise environments.
Proven success managing full sales cycles and driving business growth.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of solution design software architecture and product lifecycle.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear businessdriven value propositions.
Sales Acumen:
Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets through strategic consultative selling.
Expertise in negotiation and contract management.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Experience working with crossfunctional teams and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in highperformance collaborative environments.
