We are seeking a skilled B2B Sales Coordinator fluent in Mandarin to drive engagement and alignment with our marketing affiliates. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth collaboration with partners enhancing campaign effectiveness and fostering longterm growth.
Tasks
- Affiliate Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for our marketing affiliates overseeing daily communications addressing inquiries and aligning their objectives with ours.
- Sales & Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare campaign materials proposals and agreements ensuring affiliates have the resources needed for successful campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and evaluate affiliate performance metrics generating insights and making datainformed adjustments to enhance results.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong professional partnerships with affiliates focusing on sustaining longterm mutually beneficial relationships.
- Process Optimization: Work crossfunctionally to refine workflows streamline communication and improve the affiliate management process.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on affiliate performance identifying both challenges and opportunities to inform strategic planning.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years in B2B sales coordination affiliate management or a related role in sales or marketing.
- Language Skills: Nativelevel Mandarin proficiency and strong English communication skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Skilled in data analysis and performance tracking with a resultsoriented approach to translating data into actionable strategies.
- Project Management Skills: Proficient in managing multiple affiliates and projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator and relationshipbuilder with the ability to work independently and within teams.
