Job Description

We are seeking a resultsdriven Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition revenue growth and market expansion within the Beauty division. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with a strong sales acumen excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships. The focus is on personality leadership and sales capability and industryspecific experience is a plus.

Key Reponsibilities

  • Lead manage and develop the sales activity to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to enhance market presence and revenue growth.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts reports and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Foster a highperformance culture within the sales team through continuous training coaching and professional development.
  • Oversee and drive sales efforts within the Beauty division focusing on both B2B and Trading channels.

Key Deliverables

  • Development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Achievement of sales targets through effective team leadership and performance management.
  • Continuous evaluation of sales metrics with datadriven insights to optimize sales processes.
  • Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders to support business growth and customer engagement.
  • Representation of the organization at industry events and client meetings to strengthen market positioning.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
  • Open to various levels of experience; a strong sales mindset and leadership capabilities are prioritized.
  • Key Attributes:
    • Outgoing selfmotivated and highly driven in sales.
    • Strong decisionmaking skills and a problemsolving mindset.
    • Ability to influence engage and build credibility at all levels.
    • Passion for business development and customer relationship management.
