Business Development Executive

1. Identify potential business opportunities through market research networking and cold calling.
   
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients partners and vendors to expand the customer base and increase sales.
   
3. Create and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
   
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new customers.
   
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business growth.
   
6. Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network and promote the companys services.
   
7. Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients highlighting the companys competitive advantages.
   
8. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and superior customer service.
   
9. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales activities and pipeline development.
   
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business development strategies.
    

Requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
   
2. Proven track record of successful business development in the retail or floral industry.
   
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
   
4. Excellent networking abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships.
   
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
   
6. Knowledge of the Dubai market and customer preferences is a plus.
   
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
   
8. Valid UAE driving license.
