We are seeking a professional and courteous Female Receptionist fluent in both Arabic and English with own visa & NOC to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients visitors and employees creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere in our office. This role requires excellent communication skills a customeroriented attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for all guests ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Answer and direct phone calls in both Arabic and English addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate and maintain the schedule for conference rooms meetings and client appointments.
- Support the administrative team with tasks such as filing data entry document preparation and mail handling.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist other departments as needed especially with Arabic and English translation when required.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Own visa with NOC
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using office equipment (e.g. telephone systems copiers scanners) and software (e.g. MS Office Suite).
- Flexible and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
