Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Supervise staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Monitor staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management.
