Call Center Executive - Outbound Sales
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the DG Business Division & the Online Sales Portal using scripts
- Analyzing technical needs, requirements, and state of a customer current infrastructure and operations & provide technical help and answer any question customer may have
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role preferably in an IT Pre-Sales / Technical Sales (Calling) environment
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of a wide range of hardware and software technologies Preferably Windows 7 & 10 Operating systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi & Arabic is an Advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Technical Certifications is an addition.
