Job Description

Call Center Executive - Outbound Sales

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the DG Business Division & the Online Sales Portal using scripts
  • Analyzing technical needs, requirements, and state of a customer current infrastructure and operations & provide technical help and answer any question customer may have
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information


Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role preferably in an IT Pre-Sales / Technical Sales (Calling) environment
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of a wide range of hardware and software technologies Preferably Windows 7 & 10 Operating systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi & Arabic is an Advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Technical Certifications is an addition.
