Job Title: Sales Executive - FMCG -

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector works to implement sales strategies to enhance sales and achieve financial goals. They develop and formulate sales plans, manage customer relationships, guide the sales team, analyze data, implement marketing strategies, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Sales Team Management: Provide guidance and support to the sales team, set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide training and development opportunities.

4. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

5. Marketing Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales.

6. Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets set by the company.

7. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.

8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.

9. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities to remain competitive in the market.

10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

9. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
