Responsibilities as a pool keeper:

Perform various routine and detailed secretarial duties for other departments in the absence of their Department Secretary.

Receive, review, prepare and process forms, reports, records and requests related to management services.

Prepare management documents for distribution to clients and required employees.

Serve as a receptionist in greeting and directing employees and visitors, answering routine inquiries, and scheduling appointments and meetings.

Communicate with other management regarding routine management procedures and other matters.

Maintain files and other office records.
.
Initiating correspondence with companies and external parties.
.
Operating the department’s office machines.
.
Receive, sort and route correspondence and other incoming mail.

Perform related administrative tasks, as required.
