Receptionist - Emirati National

• Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the office.


• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office


• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls


• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.


• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.


• Update calendars and schedule meetings


• Perform other clerical receptionist duties.


• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.

Requirements and skills

• UAE Nationals Required.


• Proven work experience of minimum 2 years as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role along with handling additional responsibility as PA.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


• Professional attitude and appearance


• Solid written and verbal communication skills


• Fluent in Arabic & English


• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.


• Customer service attitude
