Our client a wellknown Events organization in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.


The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing and communications efforts promoting our diverse range of music and arts programs and events to audiences in the UAE and beyond. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for the arts.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the companys programs events and initiatives.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials including brochures posters flyers and digital content ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Manage the companys social media platforms including content creation scheduling and community engagement to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and activations including artist performances exhibitions workshops and conferences.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including program managers artists and designers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing communications.
  • Maintain and update website and online platforms with relevant content and information ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with media relations activities including drafting press releases media pitches and responses to media inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitor activities and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and communications team including managing budgets processing invoices and maintaining databases.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Arts Management or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing communications or arts administration preferably in the cultural sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management email marketing and website content management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for the arts and a willingness to explore innovative marketing approaches.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment with a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud applications is preferred.
