Sales Coordinator

• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  
• Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested.
  
• Responding to complaints from customers and giving aftersales support when requested.
  
• Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material.
  
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Preparing Quotes and proforma invoices and Executing Sales Orders preparing monthend Invoicing.
  
• Sales v/s Performance reporting tracking orders and communicating to customers promptly with the updates of their order.
  
• Sound knowledge in IT distribution with a minimum of 23 years is a must.
  
• Knowledge of CRM function.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  
• Basic product knowledge on Backup Storage Servers and Networking.
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills such as Vlook up HLook up Pivot is a must.
  
• Knowledge in ZOHO SAP is a must.
  
• Proficiency in English.
  
• Well organized and responsible with an attitude to problemsolving.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• A team player with a high level of dedication.
  
• Minimum education Bachelors degree is a must.
