Roles & Responsibilities-
Maintain and monitor the compliance in regard to the labour and employment laws at the client office
Analyse, advise and provide solutions to the client on various applicability and compliance necessary on matters relating to labour and employment laws
Tracking the amendments on timely basis to stay par with the compliances for the same
Legal research
Requirements
Requirement:
Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in civil/labour litigation
Candidate must be fluent in Kannada
Candidates from Bangalore would be preferred.
