Commercial Manager

• Deep understanding of FIDIC terms and their application;
• Skilled at the identification of contractual risk and opportunity;
• Skilled at the preparation and review of claims for extension of time and associated loss and expense, with ability to read and interpret P6 programmes; and
• Knowledge of, and exposure to, the arbitration process.

General Experience

• 20+ years of experience, preferably with contractors (some experience with claims consultants would be an added advantage);
• Pleasant, but strong personality;
• Experience in building/infrastructure/oil and gas projects gained within the Middle East (preferably UAE);
• Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written) with strong capability in report writing, as well as oral communication skills – clear and concise communicator;
• Excellent negotiating skills/diplomacy; and
