Brand Trainer for FB

We are looking to add experienced F&B Brand Trainers to our operations department. Based from our Head Office in Dubai, you will spend your time working closely with the management and front-line teams, providing them with the ongoing training and coaching to help them continue playing a key part in our success. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular assessment and provide feedback on training needs for all team members
• Delivering training and workshops in line with INDPT L&D and specific brand guidelines
• Follow up and measure the contribution of training to KPIs
• Work closely with the people managers across the brand to ensure they are able to effectively manage performance
• Support with pre-openings across the business
  

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years overall experience with F&B or in Hospitality. Excellent English communication skills are essential, with Arabic being a particular advantage.
