- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Explores and identifies business opportunities within the defined market strategy.
- Analyse and monitor sales forecast and profit margin performance.
- Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Communicate the internal product development to team leaders/ managers.
- Coordinate and participate in customer trials, ensuring successful implementation of the products.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- This is a remote position. Preferably candidates based in Europe.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical sales or commercial role within the chemical industry.
- In-depth technical knowledge of paint formulations and additives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
