About Binance Accelerator Program

Current university students and recent graduates
Join the Binance Creative Team as a Video Production Intern and gain hands-on experience in professional studio operations content creation and creative workflow management. Based in our Dubai office youll support our in-house studio by assisting with shoots scheduling talents coordinating between the studio and stakeholders and helping to keep projects running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the full video production process in a fast-paced global organization while contributing directly to Binances creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating camera lighting and audio equipment for various shoots (interviews tutorials face-to-face recordings).
- Prepare and maintain pre-shoot checklists including loading scripts into teleprompters.
- Help ensure all shoots are executed efficiently capturing the required content for Binances marketing product and educational needs.
- Schedule and coordinate talent for studio shoots in collaboration with the project manager.
- Maintain accurate file naming tagging and project updates in Asana.
- Adjust timelines in project management tools as tasks progress.
- Create and adapt video thumbnails based on provided template direction to ensure visual consistency across platforms.
Key Skills Knowledge & Experience
- Strong interest in video production media or communications.
- Basic knowledge of camera lighting and audio equipment is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Organized detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
