Job Description

Manager Regulatory Enablement and Legal Dubai-based Regulatory Authority
Are you passionate about regulatory policy legal advisory and virtual assets

About the Role:

As Manager Regulatory Enablement and Legal you will provide expert legal advice to ensure operations remain compliant lead regulatory policy development and manage litigation matters to support the dynamic virtual assets sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advisory to internal teams ensuring compliance with laws & regulations.
Develop regulatory policies rulebooks and amendments in collaboration with external counsel and authorities.
Manage litigation and legal cases involving virtual asset service providers.
Support departmental operations and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor s or Master s in Law Public Policy International Relations or Business Administration.
Strong understanding of virtual asset technologies regulations and market dynamics.
Proven experience in policy drafting legal research and litigation management.
Excellent analytical strategic and communication skills.
