Identify develop and manage new and existing customer relationships in the UAE
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements
Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution of business development strategies
Stay updated on market trends competitor products and project developments in the region
Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project delivery
Represent the company at industry events trade shows and meetings as needed
Submit regular reports on sales activities pipelines and forecasts
3 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the switchgear industry in Dubai (mandatory)
Strong technical knowledge of low/medium voltage switchgear products
Proven ability to generate leads close deals and grow client accounts
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
UAE driving license preferred
Must be currently residing in Dubai
Immediate joiners or short notice periods are preferred
