You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are hiring a talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations. If you have a strong culinary background and are ready to step into a leadership role this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations staff and workflow.
Oversee food preparation cooking and presentation across stations.
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain performance and consistency.
Ensure adherence to food safety hygiene and HACCP standards.
Monitor inventory place orders and reduce waste.
Help create new menu items and improve existing recipes.
Step in to lead kitchen operations during the Head Chef s absence.
Maintain a clean efficient and organized kitchen environment.
Minimum 4 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory role.
High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality Tourism or related field.
HACCP Certification is required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for culinary excellence creativity and detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team efficiently.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment prep techniques and food cost control.
