Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Executive Housekeeper to join our luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah UAE. As the leader of our housekeeping department you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property.

  • Oversee all aspects of the housekeeping department including staff management scheduling and training
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards
  • Manage department budgets including control of operating supplies replacements and consumables
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and backofhouse spaces to ensure quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with other department heads to enhance overall guest experience
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
  • Implement environmentally friendly practices in housekeeping operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels efficiently
  • Participate in the hiring training and performance evaluation of housekeeping staff
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative housekeeping techniques

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a Luxury Environment or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets operating supplies and inventory control
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Indepth knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment and products
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to make quick decisions
  • Knowledge of local hospitality standards and cultural sensitivities in Ras Al Khaimah
  • Multilingual skills particularly in Arabic and English are highly advantageous
