* Develops the current client database to increase brick and mortar as well as online sales for the Department Stores division
* Forms partnerships with relevant organizations to leverage their existing networks to the benefit of the cluster
* Ensures permanent observation and tracking of the market and competitors, involvement in analyzing competitors (trends, customers, product changes) and market statistics, to be shared with the team and Head of Business Development & Strategic Alliance
* Assists in developing hotel and concierge plans to drive traffic across the division
* Pitch business opportunities to potential partners
* Find business solution to foreign market
* Manage relevant scheduling with partners established within sectors of B2B and B2C
* Arranges meetings with prospective partners to secure tourism and sponsorship deals for the department Stores business
* Fosters long-term relationships for the business with both potential and existing partners.
* Builds business development plans aimed at ensuring client retention across the retail business
* Follows up with new and potential clients in a timely manner, focuses on building lasting relationships.
* Works with the marketing and creative teams to devise tools to support the Business Development function
* Assist in reporting and support in day-to-day admin tasks
* Analyze CRM data to identify trends and new business/retail opportunities
