Employee Success Manager Menat

• Role Summary This position supports the Employee Success Leader to drive commercial and operational excellence across BHGE. This position will be responsible for collaborating with front-line teams and senior leaders to identify, prioritize and drive process & operational improvement across the organization through commercial initiatives, digital tools, analytics, adoption, and change management. Essential Responsibilities Serve as the key point of contact for the MENAT region to drive new Global Excellence initiatives, programs and tools that enhance commercial and organizational capabilities .

• Establish an operating rhythm with the sales and commercial team to drive and improve the region KPIs and metrics.

• Leverage data and analytics to provide insights at an individual and organisational level to enable effective decision making in the region. Drive cross product company initiatives (e.g. Key Account Plans) to ensure collaboration and customer focus.
