Job Description
Required Skills and Experience *
- 5-7+ years of experience working in a techno-functional role supporting and managing Sales Performance Systems or Payroll Systems
- Experience managing the collection, validation, and integration of data related to sales performance, targets, and incentives
- Proficient in data analysis, statistical tools, compliance, and problem-solving techniques
- Proven leadership/project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work cross functionally with global business and technical teams
