We are looking for a highly motivated and customerfocused Call Center Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with inquiries and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers confirm appointments or promote services.
- Resolve customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions and feedback.
- Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Stay updated on company products services and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Work effectively within a team to ensure smooth operations of the call center.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or Bachelor s degree in any field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Skills: - Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong customer service and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications.
Availability: Willing to work in shifts including weekends and holidays if required.
