Job Description

We are a hiring in the automotive industry specializing in providing innovative solutions for OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) across the globe. With a vast portfolio of OEM partners such as Toyota Hero Honda MG BMW Volkswagen Ferrari Bentley and others we are focused on building lasting relationships driving business growth and delivering worldclass products and services. We are looking for a dynamic General Manager of Sales (GM Sales) to lead our sales operations and strategic growth in this competitive market.



Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience:
    Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the automotive industry with significant experience in OEM sales and a deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem. Proven experience in working directly with toptier OEMs like Toyota BMW Volkswagen Nissan MG BYD Chery.
  • Network & Connections:
    Established and extensive network of seniorlevel contacts within OEMs. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decisionmakers.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Indepth understanding of automotive products technologies and market trends particularly within the highend and luxury automotive segments.
  • Leadership:
    Proven track record in leading and managing highperforming sales teams. Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to close largescale complex deals.
  • Education:
    Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Location:
    The candidate must be based in the Dubai with a willingness to travel as needed to OEM offices events and conferences.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • High level of integrity and professionalism
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
