Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all company documents ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Receive review classify and archive all incoming and outgoing documents.
Ensure proper indexing storage and retrieval of documents using electronic and manual systems.
Control and track document revisions and updates to maintain version integrity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding document management.
Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth document flow and control.
Safeguard confidential and sensitive information.
Generate reports on document control activities and status.
Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Management or a related field.
Proven experience in document control or records management.
Familiarity with document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
