About the Role:
We are hiring a Document Controller on behalf of a leading construction company in the UAE. If you have a sharp eye for detail love keeping things organized and are fluent in English this role is for you.
Youll play a key role in managing and maintaining project documentation ensuring all records are accurate uptodate and easily accessible for the project and site teams.
This opportunity is open to international candidates with construction industry experience and valid documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Maintain document control logs and ensure version control is in place
- Coordinate with engineers project managers and site teams to ensure proper document flow
- Archive scan and store physical and digital documents securely
- Ensure compliance with company and project document control procedures
- Prepare reports trackers and summaries as required by the team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and document control software (e.g. Aconex Procore SharePoint EDMS).
- Strong Knowledge of document control procedures and ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to manage multiple document streams under tight timelines
