Job Summary:
We are seeking a resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment services facility management or the construction industry and a proven track record of generating leads converting them into business opportunities and building longterm client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify engage and onboard new clients in the recruitment FM or construction sectors.
- Understand client requirements present tailored recruitment solutions and close deals.
- Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
- Leverage networks cold calls emails and business platforms to generate leads.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client needs resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare sales pitches proposals and presentations customized to client needs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of candidates as per client requirements.
- Share client feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings.
- Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities including pipelines contracts and followups.
- Provide regular updates on sales targets and performance to management.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Experience:
- 10 years of proven experience in business development preferably in recruitment FM or construction industries.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and industryspecific hiring trends is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM tools MS Office and business networking platforms (e.g. LinkedIn).
