Were looking for someone based in Dubai who has a great Sales track record preferably has a network across the media industry and is eager to learn from an experienced team.

About the Work

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and develop effective strategies to achieve our revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the digital media industry.

Who Should Apply


  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role preferably in the digital media industry or influencer marketing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (Mandatory)

Things youll be doing

1) Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives.

2) Lead motivate and manage the sales team to achieve targets.

3) Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

4) Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them

5) Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership team.

6) Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
