Business Development Executive Abu Dhabi

Job Description

As aBusiness Development Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the Middle East. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities fostering client relationships and contributing to revenue growth. Here are the key responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Prospecting:

    • Identify potential clientsand key decisionmakers within target industries.
    • Research and analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
    • Create a pipeline of prospectsthrough networking referrals and market intelligence.
  2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

    • Initiate contactwith potential clients through direct outreach cold calls and emails.
    • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith existing clients.
    • Understand client pain pointsand propose tailored solutions.
  3. Business Development Strategy:

    • Develop and execute business development plansaligned with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams(sales marketing and technical) to drive growth.
    • Identify new revenue streamsand explore expansion opportunities.
  4. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Meet or exceed sales targetsby closing deals and securing contracts.
    • Negotiate terms and pricingwith clients.
    • Upsell and crossselladditional services to existing clients.
  5. SelfDriven and ResultsOriented:

    • As aselfstarter you should proactively seek out opportunities and take ownership of your targets.
    • Demonstrate resilience and persistencein pursuing leads and overcoming challenges.
    • Track and report progressregularly to management.
  6. Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).
    • 23 years of experiencein business development or corporate sales.
    • Background in IT salesis highly desirable.
    • Consulting firm experienceis a plus.
  7. Skills and Attributes:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strategic thinkingand ability to identify growth areas.
    • Negotiation and closing skills.
    • Adaptability and cultural awarenessin a diverse market.
