Provide administrative assistance as required to Sales team
Maintaining Sales collateral and creating and updating Power Point presentations for Sales and Conferences department
Preparing a variety of weekly and monthly Sales reports
Maintaining all department records tracking sheets including contracts FAM trips SPs site inspections MICE Tracking. etc
Making reservations for dining outlets arranged as part of clients booking
Support on preparing proposals contracts internal BEO as required.
Blocking guest rooms and function spaces in property management software
Sets up a filing system for all relevant and important correspondence or documents.
Sets up a commercial database according to specific sources updates and maintains the systems accurately
Update guest database regularly.
Implements a daily follow up system.
Any other duties assigned by the Dept. Head.
Thoroughly familiarizes oneself with the Hotels emergency procedures and is in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur.
He/she is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
Other duties as assigned.
Assist in Task Force Teams for new openings.
Carry out any other reasonable task (which may not be stated here) as requested.
Qualifications :
Minimum two year experience with the same position in 5star hotel and high school degree.
